LIS Students Engage in Global Learning at AISA GISS 2026

For four days, eleven LIS students represented our school at the AISA Global Issues Service Summit (GISS) in Lusaka, Zâmbia. The event brought together 231 students from 23 schools, representing 13 countries and 40 nationalities — a truly international learning experience.

Throughout the summit, our students took part in collaborative discussions and dynamic student-led workshops focused on global challenges, service, and leadership. These sessions encouraged critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and meaningful engagement.

Beyond the conference, students also explored Lusaka and experienced a memorable safari, further enriching their understanding of the region’s culture and natural environment.

We are proud of the way they represented LIS — with integrity, leadership, and international-mindedness.
