1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by any entity in the community (from now on referred to as “the customer”) with Imbondeiro Store which belongs to LISA – Associação da Escola Internacional de Luanda (LISA), 5000269352, (from now on referred to as “Imbondeiro Store” or “we”), on the Luanda International School website (referred to as www.lisluanda.com/store).
By using the website www.lisluanda.com/store and/or placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order.
The listing of any products or services on www.lisluanda.com/store at any given time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to the customer. The version of the Terms applicable to your order will be the one published on www.lisluanda.com/store at the time the order is placed.
The Imbondeiro Store aims to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible, we need to ensure that our services work rigorously.
The Imbondeiro Store understands and agrees not to (i) publish, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that may harm or have a negative impact on the Imbondeiro Store, products or services; (ii) act in such a way, or use any device, that restricts, compromises, interferes with or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website www.lisluanda.com/store, or impact the security of the website, or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, but not limited to, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to browse or search the website or to copy content from the website. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the website and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2. LAWFUL CONDITIONS OF SALE, LIABILITY AND ACCESS
2.1. Data Confidentiality and Information provided by Customers and Users
The Imbondeiro Store pledges not to use the personal data of its Customers or users for any purpose other than providing the services it offers, protecting the confidentiality of said data, its deletion or alteration, and unauthorized access to said information through appropriate measures.
2.2. Security in Data Processing, IT Process and Custody
The Imbondeiro Store follows the regulations of the National Data Protection Legislation (LNRPD) with regards to data protection and never shares data with third parties. The website where the store is hosted has the best IT technologies to guarantee the safe processing of customer data.
2.3 Customer communications
The Imbondeiro Store, as part of Luanda International School, may send regular emails about products, offers, campaigns or other information to the database of parents and staff.
2.4. User/Client access conditions
Only individuals aged 18 or over who are not under guardianship and who are part of the LIS Community (Parents and Staff) can access the Imbondeiro Store online and place orders. The access is done by logging in with your LIS emails. The sale of products or services to anyone who is not part of the LIS community is not permitted.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT MARKETED PRODUCTS
3.1. Photos
The photographs presented or used are merely illustrative of the products and have no contractual value and cannot give rise to any type of commitment on the part of Imbondeiro Store.
3.2. Descriptions
The Imbondeiro Store declines all responsibility for the validity of the content of product descriptions. This information is the sole responsibility of our suppliers and/or their manufacturers.
3.3. Technical sheet
The Imbondeiro Store declines all responsibility for the validity of the content of the products’ technical data sheets, which are produced exclusively by the products’ suppliers.
4. OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE PROCESS, CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE AND PRODUCT COLLECTION
4.1. Price Policy
The final total amount to be paid by the Customer for the purchases made is the total sum calculated for the chosen products in the indicated quantities. This amount is calculated in the shopping cart and displayed at checkout. Prices are presented in Angolan Kwanzas (AOA), including VAT at the current rate, where applicable.
4.2. Purchasing process
The interactive electronic purchasing process on the www.lisluanda.com/store website consists of the following stages:
4.2.1. Consultation of products offered to customers
The Customer may consult the products available by browsing through the product categories, analyzing the featured products or browsing to the bottom of the page where they can see all the products available.
The products on sale are presented with the relevant information for the Customer, namely the product name, price, description and characteristics (if applicable).
4.2.2. Selection of desired products
The Customer chooses the products desired by adding them to the shopping cart. The Customer can add, remove and change the quantities of the products in their shopping cart at any time, provided they do so before confirming the purchase/order (the final stage of the checkout process).
4.3. Finalizing the Purchase/Order
4.3.1 Shopping cart overview
The first stage of the checkout process consists of displaying the shopping cart and the selected products and their quantities.
The Customer is then presented with the final total amount to be paid for the purchase/order.
The Customer must confirm the date on which the order will be collected, indicate who will collect it and attach proof of payment.
If the Customer wants a personalized invoice, they must enter their Name, Address and Angolan Tax Number (NIF).
4.4. Payment methods
The available payment methods guarantee the security of data and transactions. The Imbondeiro Store online offers the following payment methods to make your shopping easier:
– Bank transfer

- Available to customers who wish to shop at the Imbondeiro Store online;
- Payments are made in Kwanzas (AOA);
- The transfer or deposit must be made in favor of LISA – Associação da Escola Internacional de Luanda in one of the two accounts available on the link provided at the time of payment. When making the transfer or payment, please include the following description: Imbondeiro Store. LISA – Associação da Escola Internacional de Luanda is the legal owner of Imbondeiro Store.
- To confirm your purchase, it is mandatory to attach proof of payment or a receipt for a valid deposit before finalizing your purchase;
- The purchase is only considered valid once the Imbondeiro Store has confirmed payment. To that end, for security reasons, the Customer must attach proof of transfer or deposit. If the Customer is unable to send the proof and complete the purchase, they should contact Imbondeiro Store by email at imbondeirostore@lisluanda.com or by telephone at +244 941 753 690.
- If the purchase is finalized, the customer will receive a confirmation email with details of the products, quantities, value, date and time of delivery and the comments added. If no confirmation email is received, the purchase has not been completed.
- When payment is confirmed, the order is considered valid by Imbondeiro Store and its logistical processing begins so that it is ready for collection by the Customer or authorized person.
4.5. Order completion
By selecting the “Submit your Order” option, the purchase is made and payment is processed, depending on the payment method chosen. Afterwards, an e-mail is sent to the Customer, to the address in LISA’s database, with the order confirmation. From that moment on, the Customer’s acceptance of the validity of the purchase and sale contract binding the Customer and Imbondeiro Store is assumed.
4.6. Invoicing
Once proof of payment has been validated, the Imbondeiro Store will prepare the items and invoice the order.
When ordering online, the Customer must indicate their tax details on the invoice. If correctly indicated, the Customer’s tax details will, after due verification, be inserted in the final invoice. If the Customer does not indicate their tax details (or does not indicate them correctly), the invoice will be issued with the following details for the Customer: “Consumidor Final” [Final Consumer] and “VAT number (NIF): 999 999 99 99”. The invoice will be delivered together with the products purchased when the Customer (or designated person) collects it from the physical store.
4.7. Order collection
The order can be collected during the opening hours of the physical Imbondeiro Store located in the Imbondeiro building of Luanda International School. Your order will be kept for seven working days. If the order is not collected within the period indicated and there is no written notice to the Imbondeiro Store (imbondeirostore@lisluanda.com) about the new collection date, the Imbondeiro Store reserves the right to transfer the product to donations and merchandising. In this case, there will be no refund.
On the day of collection, you must bring your order number and ID with you.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY
In the event of any defect in the items you have purchased, Imbondeiro Store complies with all legal warranty regulations. If you are not satisfied due to material or manufacturing faults in the items we supply, please return the items to us immediately at the physical store.
6. RETURN
The Customer has a period of 7 consecutive days to withdraw from the contract without payment of compensation and without having to state the reason, starting from the day on which the Customer collects the order.
6.1. Return conditions
At the time of return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was sold for the return to be accepted. If the return is accepted, the Customer must send the IBAN of the same account through which they made the initial payment for the products to the email address imbondeirostore@lisluanda.com and they will receive the refund in the same account within seven working days.
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged to respect the purchase agreement, confirm and accept the order.
8. OWNERSHIP AND RISK TRANSFER
Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment of the respective price and other amounts due. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
9. INTERNET USAGE
The Imbondeiro Store shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience arising from the use of the Internet, including, for example, as a result of disruption or impairment of the service and access, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure.
10. TOTAL AGREEMENT
These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Should any of the clauses in these terms and conditions become null and void as a result of a legislative or regulatory change, or as a result of a judgment, this shall in no way affect their validity and observance.
11. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
These General Conditions are governed by Angolan Law. For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the Judicial Court of Luanda shall have jurisdiction, with the parties expressly waiving any other court.
